One of Gerson & Grey’s greatest assets is its relationships with agents. We are affiliated with several associations, such as Harmony Relocation, IAM, ERC and FIDI, among others. We are FAIM Plus certified, the highest quality certification in the international moving business, and LACMA Packers, a seal that attests to the quality of the criteria and packing materials used by the company.
By criteria, we homologate agents all over the world that have certification and/or affiliation with these associations, or that are committed to their quality protocols.
It is of fundamental importance to know the company and the people we work for. Understanding their codes of conduct, as well as the legislation and culture of each country, greatly contributes to us achieving the highest quality standards in providing our services.
We recycle our boxes using reverse logistics and in line with the national target of recycling up to 22% of the total mass of packing placed on the Brazilian market.
We obtained the Brazilian seal Eu Reciclo (I recycle) for having a process of effective reuse.
All boxes received from our partners around the world undergo quality control. The ones that failed this quality control are sent to a recycling process to come back as new boxes in the future.
Those in perfect condition are disassembled, sanitized and reassembled on the reverse side and receive a PVC-free adhesive with our Gerson & Green seal, 100% biodegradable and free of chemical components.
